Paper Abstract:
|
The present paper proposes a reference framework to investigate acceptance by the users (e.g. citizens and medical personnel) of the Electronic Health Record (EHR). This framework refers to the Human Centered Design discipline and specifically to the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model. Qualitative and quantitative investigations in progress about the TreC EHR system, implemented in an Italian province, are described. |
